Twante
TwanTe is a township in a Yangon region of Myanmar. It is located west across the Hlaing River from the city of Yangon. The principal town and administrative seat are Twante. The famous Shwe San Daw Pagoda is in Twante and its pagoda festival is held on every year. Twente canal is a canal that connects the Irrawaddy river and the Yangon river in Myanmar. The longest man-made canal in Myanmar. One of the famous pagoda in TwanTe is the Baungdawgyoke Monastery and there are pagodas including the replica of Mahabodhi Temple. There is also one bridge called TwanTe bridge.
